This website is operated for the Central Florida Elite Awards, presented by Central Florida Lifestyle Magazine (Lifestyles CFL). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site.

Nominations

When you submit a nomination we receive your name, email address and phone number (optional), plus the nominee's category, business name, business description, website, logo or image, and your reasons. Only the business name, business description and image are published on the nominee page. Your name, email and phone are sent only to the Elite Awards team by email and are never displayed.

Sponsorship inquiries

When you send a sponsorship inquiry we receive your name, company, email, phone (optional), the option you chose and your message, and use them only to reply.

Voting

To enforce the three-free-votes-per-hour limit we set one functional cookie (a random browser ID) and keep a one-way hash of your IP address with each vote to detect suspicious voting. These are not used for advertising.

How we use it

We use these details only to run the awards, review nominations, count votes and respond to you. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Form messages are delivered to our team by email.

Cookies

Apart from the voting cookie above, this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or to remove a nominee listing, by emailing us.
